What LotteryHive is

LotteryHive is a lottery predictions platform. Players post number picks for real-world lottery draws, and we blend every pick into a crowd prediction (the "Hive") alongside a separate model-based prediction (the "System"). It's for fun and pattern-spotting only.

LotteryHive is not a lottery, gambling service, or betting operator.

We don't sell lottery tickets, take wagers, or pay out winnings. Lottery draws are administered by independent third parties and are random — using the Service does not affect your odds in any real draw, and predictions made here have no bearing on any actual lottery outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You can register directly or sign in through Google, Facebook, or X. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to manipulate predictions, scores, streaks, badges, or leaderboards through automation, multiple accounts, or other misleading means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the predictions and profile information you submit. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and aggregate that content in order to operate and improve the Service — for example, blending your picks into the Hive or showing your public profile name on a leaderboard.

Payments

Some features of the Service may be offered for a fee. If you choose to purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase, processed securely by our payment provider. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by LotteryHive and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functionality such as sign-in, email delivery, and analytics, and displays lottery draw results sourced from third parties. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on the providers we use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Hive or System predictions are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that lottery draw results displayed on the Service are complete or free of delay. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotteryHive won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
